Absolutely wonderful staff, delicious meals, stunning location, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, children's amusement park nearby, peaceful and impressive area, breakfast and dinner included, helpful and smiling staff always.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location was perfect for a romantic escape, as it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the on-site spa facilities, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The internet connection was extremely weak and unreliable. This posed a problem as we needed to stay connected during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us happy. They were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet and beautiful area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, there were great facilities on-site, such as a spa and swimming pool. The breakfast and dinner provided were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel had stunning views of the surrounding mountains from both the room and restaurant terrace. the food was exceptional and beautifully presented, with breakfast and dinner leaving a lasting impression. A major bonus was its convenient location, not far from the lively city center and close to the cable car station.

The underground parking garage was too small for larger vehicles to use, which was disappointing. finding the hotel on the first visit proved to be quite challenging.
